Bucky Bingo has been around for quite a while. Originally known as Buckingham Bingo Halls, the company opened its first bingo hall in 1970. Times gradually changed, however, and in 2010 the operator closed all of its brick-and-mortar halls and opened up a bingo site. Whether this is the next best place to play, you’ll find out in our Bucky Bingo review. We’ll cover the software, quality of bingo rooms, all the bonuses on offer, banking options, and more. Spoiler warning: It’s a five-star experience through and through.

User Experience

It’s evident that Bucky Bingo is a company with a lot of experience in the business. The website is neatly designed, with easy navigation and near-instant loading of every page and every game. None of the banners is too distracting, and the colour palette is easy on the eyes.

We were somewhat disappointed to see that Bucky Bingo doesn’t have a native smartphone app. At least the site is lightweight enough that loading it up on a mobile browser doesn’t take long.

Bonuses and Promotions

There are several Bucky Bingo promotions, with the welcome bonus being the most attractive one. To get the £20 bonus, you need to deposit at least £10. Then, your account will be credited with a £10 bingo bonus and another £10 for slots and other games. On top of that, you’ll also receive 100 free bingo tickets you can spend within the next 14 days. Don’t forget there’s a 4x wagering requirement for the bingo bonus, and a 30x requirement for the games bonus.

Another tempting promotion you can score once you spend your Bucky Bingo welcome bonus is the Hump Day Match, a bonus you can get after your first reload every Wednesday in May. If you deposit at least £10 between 5 p.m. and 9 p.m., you’ll get a 50% bonus of up to £25 for slots. There are also weekend promotions on rotation, so be sure to check the Promo section of the website for all the latest info.

Once you become a regular at this site, you might get an invitation to join the rewards program. This is a VIP club of sorts, with additional bonuses, hidden rewards, and more. To join, you’ll need to have deposited £50 and amassed 2,000 points by depositing and wagering on various games at the Bucky Bingo website. Afterwards, expect a cashback bonus of 5% at the beginning of the month, free bingo tickets, and slot spins. But you’ll need to keep depositing £50 every month if you wish to remain a member of the rewards club. After all, only the most dedicated bingo players can win big.

Selection of Games

In early 2020, Bucky Bingo switched from the Virtue Fusion software to Dragonfish, which turned out to be a smart move: The games work better than ever. For us, the only downside is the lack of variety in Bucky Bingo games. You can only choose between 90-ball and 75-ball bingo. There’s no 80-ball variant, which is a staple of bingo websites. However, some of the rooms offer quite unusual jackpot opportunities, for example, the room where the prize drops after the 50th ball has been drawn.

With more than 20 bingo rooms, there’s always something new to find out. Jackpots are dished out on a daily basis, and you can win up to £1,000 in some of the rooms. The 90-ball room Chatterbox runs bingo sessions 24/7. As for the freebies, there are two Bucky Bingo free bingo rooms, one for each bingo variant, where you can play and win up to £250 without spending a single penny.

Bingo is not the only game you can play at this site. If you also like spinning reels, a big selection of slots awaits you in the Games section, including fan favourites like Starburst and Gonzo’s Quest. Next to it, you’ll find the Scratch Card section, convenient for occupying you in between two bingo sessions.

Payment Methods

Bucky Bingo accepts several payment methods. You can reload your account using Visa and Maestro debit cards, wire transfer, PayPal, Paysafecard, Interac, Apple Pay, or by phone. The minimum Bucky Bingo deposit is just £5, although we recommend depositing at least £10 so you can take advantage of the welcome bonus. All transactions are processed instantly, except the wire transfer, which usually takes two business days to clear.

On the cashout side, the situation is similar. The minimum withdrawal amount is £5, while the maximum is £50,000 per transaction, which is really customer-friendly. The banking methods are the same as for depositing, except for paysafecard and Apple Pay. There are no fees for processing these transactions either. Bucky Bingo withdrawal times are on the average side. After the initial two-day pending period, it can take up to five business days for the money to reach your account. Of course, the withdrawals are sent to the same account you used for depositing funds.

Customer Support

The last section of our review is dedicated to how the website handles its customers’ inquiries. Even bingo games can sometimes glitch up, a transaction might not clear quickly enough, or you might simply have a few questions and need a customer support representative’s help.

That’s why we appreciate the multiple options for contacting Bucky Bingo customer support. We were pleasantly surprised to find that Bucky Bingo offers not only email and live chat but phone support, too. Sometimes, speaking directly to another person solves the issue the fastest. One minor downside is that the support isn’t available 24/7 like on many other casino sites. Instead, working hours are from 8 a.m. to midnight. If you need assistance outside of that time frame, you can browse through the FAQ section for some quick answers. But that’s about the only downside we had to mark down in our Bucky Bingo review. Everything else is spotless.
